This is the entry level Tie Guan Yin from our Tie Guan Yin Tea series. Most versions of basic high grade Tie Guan Yin Tea on the market are not from Anxi and made from a blend of several tea bushes such as Huang Dan, Ben Shan, Mao Xie and another area's Tie Guan Yin. We are excited to introduce this High Grade Tie Guan Yin made purely from leaves of the Anxi Tie Guan Yin Bush. Experience the rich lightly roasted flavor and complex after taste of this high quality tea. While this tea's level of oxidation is similar to other Anxi teas like Monkey Picked, it has undergone more intense roasting in its processing. This stronger roast gives this tea a golden liquor color and a flavor that is reminiscent of Anxi's traditional style. The interesting flavor and affordable price makes this a great everyday oolong tea. You can also choose light roast Fragrance which give you lighter taste.
